FAQ
How to Choose Your Appointment
Skin
If you’re new to the skin game, I know it can be overwhelming! We’re here to make things easy for you. A custom facial is the perfect place to start. This entails a detailed consultation to begin, followed by a double cleanse, exfoliation treatment, serums and moisturizers and a mask all tailored to your unique needs. This allows us to get to know your skin hands on. At the end of your appointment we will discuss your next steps and formulate the perfect treatment regimen for you.
If you’re looking for a one-session glow up, the Hydrodermabrasion with a dermaplaning add-on will leave you feeling refreshed and glowing. It’s the most popular skincare treatment suitable for most skin types.
If you have questions about specific skincare treatments and want to dive right in, we offer complimentary consultations in person or over the phone.
Lashes
The decision between a classic or volume set is fully up to your preference. We recommend leaning towards a classic set if you are used to wearing little to no makeup on the daily and are looking for a little pick-me-up. If a classic set just won’t do it for you, a volume set is tailored to you and can range in thickness. Most clients prefer volume lashes suited to their eyes and style.
A full set must be booked for those with no lashes and those with less than 40% of their lash extensions remaining.
Fills should be booked by your discretion. I usually recommend every three weeks but times can vary from person to person. Just make sure you have more than 40% of your lashes remaining. Touch ups are only meant for those needing a boost between fills and are not a fill replacement. They can also be booked for those who like to keep your lashes full and prefer to come in more often.

How far apart should I book my appointments?
Duration between appointments are decided by the discretion of the esthetician and the client. Typically this is discussed in your initial appointment and can be dependant on various factors. As a general rule of thumb, keep reading for the average time between appointments for each service.
Hydro dermabrasion is typically done once a month to maintain fresh, exfoliated skin.
Medical-grade facials achieve greater results when done approximately 2 weeks apart for the first few months and then lowered to once every 1-2 months.
Dermaplaning is typically recommended every 3-4 weeks to align with the skin’s natural cell turnover cycle.
Chemical peels should be booked 2 weeks apart for the first 3-6 treatments and then once a month going forward.
Lash extension fills should be booked every 2-3 weeks.
Lash lifts and brow laminations must be booked a minimum of 8 weeks apart.
If you have any questions and are still unsure when to book your next appointment, don’t hesitate to contact us.
I have sensitive skin. Should I be worried?
We can typically work around sensitive skin without sacrificing the quality of our work, however it’s important to be aware of the risks and how invasive the treatment is.
Our recommendation for sensitive skin types is to work up to more intense treatments slowly, starting with our medical-grade facial and adding new treatments one step at a time.
If you’re still unsure, please reach out and we will discuss it together.
Can I book a facial and lashes/brows back to back?
We do not recommend coming in for a facial and another service on the same day. Due to the nature of a facial, it is meant to be a calming experience without any bright lights and your skin will be left with products on it that could interfere with another treatment. Additionally, laying down for two back to back appointments may feel lengthy and uncomfortable.
If coming another day isn’t an option for you, it may be possible to book in for a double appointment depending on the services you are choosing. Please reach out if this is your preference and we can discuss it together.
All lash and brow appointments can be booked back to back.
