NEW CLIENTS will be subject to a $50 deposit that is non-transferrable and non-refundable. If your appointment total is less than $50, a deposit isn’t necessary.
If you need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment, please do so online or contact Honeydew by phone at 604 377 3585.
A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect, whereby all cancellations made within the 24-hour mark will be subject to a fee of 50% of your total appointment price which also maximizes at $50 for those who have appointments valued above $100.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.
It is mandatory to read through our FAQ page before your appointment. You must understand your before and after treatment protocols as well as any contraindications for treatment.
